The future is small groups of highly capable people leading armies of AI agents and automation systems to solve major problems.

We are building AI infrastructure for healthcare payment operations and revenue integrity at national scale - spanning VA healthcare, payer integrity, rural health, and enterprise operations. The right person will sit close to leadership, help shape the company's operational systems, and eventually have the opportunity to own major initiatives or business lanes.
