Job description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Seasonal Aerosol Applicator Assistants for a local agricultural company in East Wenatchee.

In this role, you'll meet at the shop each day and travel to fruit packing facilities throughout the area to assist the Lead Applicator with post-harvest treatment applications. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with setting up and preparing application equipment
  • Load and handle products safely
  • Support the Lead Applicator during applications
  • Clean equipment and work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Travel to local job sites throughout the workday

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Background check and drug screen required
  • Reliable transportation to the shop each day

Schedule:

  • Seasonal position beginning in early August and expected to continue through mid-November
  • Typically 8 to 10 hour shifts
  • Days and hours vary and may include weekends
