This is part time position
GENERAL PURPOSE: Provide administrative support to members of the management team to plan, organize, and schedule events, meetings, presentations, and customer/vendor visits.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
โ€ข Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings and departmental activities.
โ€ข Acts as a liaison with other departments, other facilities, customers, and vendors.
โ€ข Works independently and within a team on special/non-recurring and ongoing projects, which may include: planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information, and organizing events.
โ€ข Administers and maintains MSDS sheets.
โ€ข Prepare appropriate spreadsheets for reporting and proper filing.
โ€ข Issues components for inventory daily
โ€ข Maintains copy machines and other office equipment within various locations of the department.
โ€ข Maintains plant forms and documents within the facility, keeping them up to date and within Company standards.
โ€ข Communicates with Purchasing to order office supplies
โ€ข Assists GM and other members of the management team with managing their schedules.
โ€ข Handles confidential and non-routine information on a regular basis.
โ€ข Retrieves information as required.
โ€ข Arranges travel as necessary for members of the management team.
โ€ข Generates and distributes reports as required.
โ€ข Attends/participates in meetings as required.
โ€ข Performs other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
โ€ข Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
โ€ข Minimum of two years related experience required.
โ€ข Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
โ€ข Must maintain confidentiality of all information at all times.
โ€ข Must have intermediate computer skills (email, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.)
โ€ข Must be able to maintain good attendance.
โ€ข Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.
โ€ข Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.

The salary range for this position is $39,000.00 - $65,000.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The range listed is also the expected pay for roles in Illinois and Colorado. The benefits for this role include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 15 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
