Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Tampa, FL 33619

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with overtime as needed

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • Recording customer orders and route service calls
  • Monitor company online order system & enter orders into Beyond Trucks software
  • Communicating directly with dispatch and accounting any order changes or discrepancies
  • Oversee daily mailing and emailing of customer invoices
  • Oversee the distribution of daily incoming mail
  • Respond to emails
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed
  • Documents coordination – maintaining an organized and accurate accounting file system, both paper and electronic
