Chérie Amour is looking for an Admin & Finance Manager to join our team. Our office is located in the heart of downtown Pullman, home of the WSU Cougars.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing business performance, solving problems, and helping a growing company make informed financial decisions.

This position will oversee the company's accounting and financial activities while working closely with company leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with larger financial projects and planning.

Responsibilities And Goals

  • Oversee the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Manage general accounting activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end accounting processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and other key areas of business performance.
  • Provide financial insight and reporting to company leadership.
  • Oversee accounts payable and company payment processes.
  • Assist with payroll and related financial activities.
  • Oversee applicable tax reporting and financial compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accounting procedures, documentation, and internal controls.
