Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Clerk to support our finance operations in a growing mattress and adjustable base import business. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
  • Reconcile invoices, and vendor accounts
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Assist with billing, collections, and payment tracking
  • Support month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • Two (2) years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical finance roles preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks online (Acumatica is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
