Apex Placement & Consulting has partnered with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable managing the financial activity of multiple companies and accounts.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on QuickBooks experience, a strong understanding of journal entries and general ledger accounting, and the organizational skills needed to balance competing priorities across multiple entities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple companies and accounts
  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries
