About the Opportunity
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations and provide financial leadership across the organization. This individual will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities for the Controller:
  • Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Oversee monthly close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
  • Review payroll postings and related accounting entries
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
  • Reconcile transactions from multiple sales channels and e-commerce platforms
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury-related activities
  • Analyze inventory and collaborate with purchasing and operations teams
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts
  • Coordinate year-end reporting and work with external auditors and advisors
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies
Qualifications for the Controller:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar accounting leadership role
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • ERP experience required; NetSuite experience is a plus
