We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting accounting operations, processing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with administrative functions that contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities
  • Enter financial data into accounting and payroll systems accurately and timely.
  • Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Maintain electronic records and filing systems.
  • Review invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for completeness.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including entering employee hours, maintaining payroll records, and verifying data accuracy.
  • Update employee, vendor, and customer information in company databases.
  • Assist with credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Scan, file, and organize accounting and administrative documents.
  • Respond to basic vendor, customer, and employee inquiries.
  • Perform other clerical and office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or administrative experience.
  • Experience processing payroll and maintaining payroll records preferred.
