You'll join a collaborative team where your work directly supports customers and innovative manufacturing projects in a professional, stable environment.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity where you'll work closely with customers, Key Account Managers, and internal departments to prepare quotes, process orders, support product development, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. Account Representative Duties:
  • Prepare customer quotes, process orders, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate customer-provided conceptual engineering parts and support pricing activities.
  • Assist with design changes, specification reviews, and drawing releases.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout the product development process.
  • Follow up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely service.
Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay:
  • $65,000+ per year, depending on experience
Account Representative Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
