Nursing Assistant - 7am to 3pm Shift

Join our team at Parklands Care Center, a leading provider of sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing care, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our 7am to 3pm shift in Gainesville, Florida. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to work collaboratively with our skilled nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Participate in routine care conferences and provide input on patient care

  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service

What We Offer:

  • $16 - $17 hourly salary

  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus – paid out quarterly to eligible new hires

Requirements:
