Position Overview

Kore is seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to our team and help ensure our office runs efficiently and professionally.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Collect lunch orders and coordinate ordering and distribution for the team
  • Monitor and maintain office and kitchen inventory
  • Manage kitchen operations, including making coffee, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and stocking snacks and drinks
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Prepare and tidy conference rooms before and after meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, vendors, and visitors
  • Check and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel, and vendor appointments
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • Assist with research, reporting, and ad-hoc projects
