What you'll do:

  • Assignappropriate staff topatientsbased on a variety of factors including times suggested bypatients, staff availability and relevant skill sets
  • Build a care schedulefor patients
  • Enter and update employee andpatientdata within computerized system
  • Respond professionally and courteously to calls and electronic communication from funders, staff,patients, and families
  • Document and appropriately reportall staff and patient interactions
