  • Process and validate complex corporate action events (mandatory, voluntary, and mandatory with choice) end-to-end within Eagle Investment Systems
  • Act as a functional resource for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE modules, supporting data integrity, reconciliation, and exception resolution
  • Partner with technology teams to support Eagle upgrades, patches, and system enhancements, including UAT participation and defect documentation
  • Provide guidance and training to junior operations staff on asset servicing best practices and Eagle system usage
  • Identify and escalate operational risk items; contribute to root cause analysis and remediation efforts
  • Collaborate with fund accounting, custody, and client services teams to resolve asset servicing discrepancies and ensure accurate NAV impact

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and training materials
  • Participate in cross-functional projects including regulatory initiatives, product launches, and operational transformation programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in asset servicing, securities operations, or fund administration within a bank, custodian, or asset manager
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Eagle Investment Systems (Eagle STAR, Eagle PACE, or Eagle Data Warehouse)
  • Strong understanding of corporate actions lifecycle, income events (dividends, interest, principal), and proxy processing
  • Familiarity with securities types across equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Experience with reconciliation processes and break resolution
  • Proficiency in Excel; comfort working with large data sets and exception reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex processes to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Eagle in a custodian bank or global financial institution environment
  • Exposure to SWIFT messaging standards (MT54x, MT56x) and DTC/DTCC processes
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to asset servicing (e.g., CSDR, SEC Rule 17f-5)
  • Prior involvement in system implementation or migration projects on the Eagle platform
  • Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field

Competencies:

  • Subject matter depth with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of process improvement and operational efficiency
