Whether a driver is just starting out in the delivery industry or is looking to upgrade their current vehicle, we are here to help them achieve their goals and make their life easier. Our ultimate goal is to make transportation for delivery drivers as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering top-quality service to their customers.

We are currently looking for a Asset Recovery Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
  • Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
  • Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
  • Willingness to work in various parts of Washington, D.C. travel within the state and other cities for day trips.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
  • 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
  • Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Benefits

Type of Employment: 1099 contract

Pay: $20-$22 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume.

Benefits: Gas and toll compensation.
