Job description

Are you an adaptable driver who likes variety in your work? We are seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for our specialized Truck Recovery Fleet. Drivers on this account are responsible for traveling to various locations across the lower 48 states to recover assets (tractors/trucks) and safely transport them back to our company terminals or shops.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Average Weekly Gross: $1,200 – $1,400 per week
  • Pay Structure: Competitive Cents-Per-Mile (CPM) base rate
  • Tax Status: W2 Employee position

Schedule & Home Time:

  • Time on the Road: Out for 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
  • Home Time: Enjoy 3 to 4 full days of home time after each run.
  • Operating Area: Nationwide coverage across the 48 lower states.

Key Fleet Operations:

  • Asset Transport: Travel to specified locations to inspect, recover, and relocate company trucks.
  • Team Work: Drivers must be willing to run as a team 5% to 10% of the time specifically for transit to a repair shop or to reach a recovery site.
  • Digital Documentation: Drivers must have a reliable smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos of the trucks and emailing vehicle condition reports directly to the fleet manager.

Job Requirements:

  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
