Location: NTS Pinewood Facility, Tampa, FL (MacDill AFB)

Clearance Requirement: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

Position Summary

The Senior Asset Manager oversees the allocation, tracking, and lifecycle management of systems, materials, supplies, and equipment in support of the TACLAN mission. This role ensures effective logistical operations by coordinating procurement, inventory control, transportation, and warehousing activities while serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.

Core Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize logistical and asset management functions
  • Oversee purchasing, procurement, transportation, inventory, and warehousing operations
  • Coordinate movement and distribution of goods, personnel, and equipment
  • Serve as liaison between the organization, suppliers, and customers
  • Resolve delivery, shipping, and supply chain issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of asset allocation and material flow
  • Ensure compliance with logistics policies and operational requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in asset management, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
  • Experience managing complex logistical operations supporting technical or mission-focused environments
