Job description

Due to growth, Maumee Valley Group, located in Florida, Ohio, is looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team!
The Loss Prevention Specialist will be responsible for identifying theft and reducing shrink for all locations. These locations include, but not limited to, vending, markets, cafeterias, and warehouses.
Key responsibilities:
  • Day-today management of all locations with active, live-feed cameras
  • Preparing detailed reports for review with management and clients, regarding incidents that have occurred
  • Contacting clients via phone or e-mail
  • Communication with all departments within MVG, including route drivers and Supervisors
  • Meet monthly quota for catching thefts
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma required; asset protection/loss prevention experience preferred
  • Knowledge of loss prevention, asset protection and safety terminology, methods, and tools preferred
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
