Admiral Beverage seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the daily operations of our organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assists in answering phones, directing calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents, copying information from one record to another.
  • Receives, counts, documents, and deposits cash from daily route receipts.
  • Reconciles invoices with daily cash receipts by correcting errors, collecting shortages, or paying overages to drivers.
  • Prepares vendor coin boxes and rolls needed coins for full-service routes.
  • Secure all monies into safe after tying and tagging each bag.
  • Retain, protect, retrieves, and disposes of records as directed.
  • Presents professional image by wearing appropriate business attire and grooming.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
