Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Operations Coordinator who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a dynamic environment. This individual will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and internal teams while supporting day-to-day operations, special projects, and business initiatives. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, adaptable, and eager to contribute wherever needed—including occasional errands and hands-on support for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary communication and coordination resource between executive leadership and internal teams.
  • Support the CEO and COO with operational initiatives, special projects, and day-to-day business priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, action items, and cross-functional communication.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Create and maintain reports, presentations, dashboards, and operational documentation.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support administrative, operational, and project-based initiatives as business needs evolve.
  • Facilitate communication between office staff, field teams, and leadership.
  • Maintain highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide hands-on support for leadership, including occasional errands and miscellaneous operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, or business operations.
  • Experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Additional Details:

  • Reports directly to the CEO and COO.
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with conversion salary of $85,000-$90,000.

    • First Round: Virtual interview with the COO.
    • Final Round: In-person interview with the COO and CEO.
  • Start Date: August 3.
  • Overtime eligible (Non-Exempt).
