We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Asset Management Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for asset management, purchasing coordination, cost tracking, and administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact point with landlords and property management forwarehouse facility maintenance, installations, and TI (Tenant Improvement) requests.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, numbering systems, and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Support centralized purchasing and cross-warehouse resource allocation initiatives.
  • Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables, from request initiation to system entry, delivery verification, and stock control.
  • Communicate with suppliers for quotations, billing, and reconciliation; maintain accurate purchase logs.
  • Optimize purchasing costs and maintain a shared supplier resource pool across U.S. warehouses.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of forklifts, charging stations, and related warehouse equipment.
  • Generate regular analysis reports on asset usage, costs, and resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse administrationor accounting is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese speaking/writing
  • Strong data management and Excel/ERP system skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
