Position Summary:
The IT Asset Administrator oversees the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory management, compliance, and disposal. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, optimizes asset utilization, supports ServiceNow ITAM module operations, and contributes to cost control across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and peripherals. Conduct regular audits and manage asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
  • ServiceNow ITAM: Configure, maintain, and manage workflows, user roles, and asset records in the ServiceNow ITAM module.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure software license compliance, generate utilization reports, and enforce security protocols.
  • Procurement & Deployment: Collaborate with procurement teams and coordinate asset rollouts.
  • Support & User Training: Address user queries and deliver training on asset policies.
  • Service Catalog & Change Management: Manage service catalog SLAs and support change/problem resolution processes.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years in IT Asset Management, ServiceNow ITAM, and data center environments
  • Experience in IT Operations & ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset tools
  • Knowledge of IT lifecycle, compliance standards, and physical asset handling (up to 50 lbs.)

Preferred:
  • Certifications such as CHAMP, CSAM
  • Experience with asset management reporting and workflow optimization

  • Availability for off-hours support when needed
