Job description

Barbaricum is seeking a System Administrator / Asset Manager to provide TRADOC G2 support at Fort Leavenworth, KS. This dual-role position requires expertise in systems administration and asset tracking to maintain IT resources and ensure operational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform systems administration duties, including maintenance and patching of IT systems in classified environments.
  • Track and manage IT assets, including inventory and lifecycle management.
  • Respond to NEC help desk tickets and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Maintain secure storage and disposal of IT assets in compliance with DoD regulations.
  • Provide regular reporting on system and asset status to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • Experience with asset management tools and practices in a classified environment.
  • Familiarity with IT systems administration, including troubleshooting and patch management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
