A motivated consulting professional with experience in Utility Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Work Management, or Field Operations who is passionate about helping electric and gas utilities modernize their operations. You enjoy solving complex business challenges by combining utility industry knowledge with technology-enabled transformation, helping clients improve asset reliability, workforce productivity, operational performance, and customer outcomes.

Whether supporting business process improvements or large-scale technology implementations, you are eager to learn, grow, and deliver measurable business value.

The Work

  • Support the delivery of Utility Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Work Management, and Field Service transformation initiatives for electric and gas utility clients.

  • Analyze client business processes and operational challenges across asset management, maintenance, work management, construction, field operations, and asset performance.

  • Help clients define future-state operating models, improve business processes, and implement enterprise asset management solutions.

  • Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, solution configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional client and Accenture teams to deliver successful business and technology transformation programs.

  • Support implementation and optimization of enterprise asset management platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM/EAM, Infor EAM, IFS, or similar solutions.

  • Leverage Data & AI, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent asset management capabilities to improve maintenance planning, asset health, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.

  • Develop client-ready presentations, process documentation, business requirements, and executive-level recommendations.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients while contributing to high-quality project delivery.

  • Continue developing industry, consulting, and leadership skills through challenging client engagements.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting electric or gas utility operations, utility consulting, or enterprise asset management initiatives.

  • Experience in one or more of the following:

    • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

    • Work Management

    • Field Service Operations

    • Asset Performance Management

    • Maintenance Operations

    • Utility Construction

    • Utility Supply Chain

  • Experience working with one or more enterprise asset management platforms such as:

    • IBM Maximo

    • SAP PM / SAP EAM

    • Infor EAM

    • IFS

    • Oracle or similar enterprise asset management solutions

  • Understanding of utility operational processes and the relationship between asset management, work management, GIS, supply chain, customer operations, and finance.

  • Experience participating in technology implementation, business transformation, or operational improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • You have previous consulting experience or experience supporting consulting engagements.

  • You have experience with electric transmission & distribution, gas distribution, or power generation utilities.

  • You have experience integrating EAM solutions with GIS, OMS, CIS, ERP, or Supply Chain systems.

  • You have experience leveraging Data & AI, predictive maintenance, machine learning, GenAI, or automation to improve utility operations.

  • You have experience working in Agile project environments.

  • You have professional certifications related to IBM Maximo, SAP, Infor, IFS, or utility operations.

  • You have strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
