We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance, reliability, and technical services operations. This role is critical to keeping our production capabilities safe, reliable, and continuously improving.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (chemical manufacturing preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred but may be substituted with significant industrial experience).
  • Strong knowledge of reliability systems, industrial equipment, maintenance best practices, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, manuals, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical requirements (stairs, PPE, respirator use, occasional lifting).

Requirements

What You Will Do

In this strategic, leadership-level role, you will oversee the Technical Services Department and ensure operational reliability across the facility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and optimize preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs.
  • Oversee reliability initiatives, maintenance execution, and asset integrity programs.
  • Track and report on maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analyses on recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Safety to support equipment uptime.
  • Manage CMMS performance, spare parts optimization, planning and scheduling workflows.
  • Support capital project development and technical reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor reliability, mechanical, and E&I personnel.
  • Facilitate PHAs (HAZOP, What-If) and follow recommendations through completion.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, energy audits, and cost optimization projects.
