We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Asset & Inventory Coordinator to oversee the management of company inventory and assets throughout their lifecycle. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory databases for both internal and external assets while supporting asset tracking, compliance, reporting, and lifecycle management activities.


The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills and have experience managing assets from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposition.


ย Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and asset records for internal and external company assets.
  • Maintain and continuously improve inventory databases and asset tracking systems.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Track and manage asset lifecycles from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposition.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to hardware, software, licenses, and asset ownership.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and data inconsistencies.
  • Generate inventory and asset management reports for leadership and operational teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support asset allocation, transfers, and recoveries.
  • Document inventory management procedures and best practices.
  • Support compliance, audit, and governance requirements related to company assets.



Requirements

ย Required Qualifications:

  • Experience maintaining inventory records and databases
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage inventory tracking and reporting
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to asset lifecycle management
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/ERP systems; Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Knowledge of software and hardware asset tracking
