We are passionate about changing the landscape of public education in New York City and beyond, and we are uncompromising in our mission.
We currently operate multiple elementary and middle schools across the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, and Queens, and continue to grow - opening 1–2 new schools each year, because children in every community deserve excellent, equitable education. As part of this organizational expansion, we are also preparing to welcome our first-ever Zeta High School class of 9th graders in the 2026-27 school year, a milestone that marks the next chapter in our mission to provide a world-class, PreK-12 pathway. Join our growing team today and be a change agent for children.

- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, leveraging strong project management and people leadership to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Plan and execute all student assessment operations across grade levels, including scheduling, materials preparation, proctor coordination, family communication, and the organization and analysis of assessment data in partnership with Academic teams.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve systems for after-school clubs and specialist programming, ensuring high-quality, equitable access and smooth daily operations.
- Plan and lead key family- and student-facing events, strengthening school culture, engagement, and a sense of belonging within the Zeta community.
- Develop clear, proactive communications for families and staff—particularly related to assessments and after-school programming—delivering Zeta's standard of "Family Wow" at every touchpoint.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with families, colleagues, and staff, serving as a reliable, responsive partner across the school community.
- Create scalable, replicable processes and tools that support consistency and growth across schools, with a focus on assessments and student programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to maintain a high bar for operational excellence and ensure seamless execution throughout the school building.
