Job description

As a Final Assembly - Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperaturecontrolled facility. This role includes work areas that require frequent heavy lifting, fullbody movement, and handling large materials up to 75 pounds. Every day is active and handson. No experience? We’ll train and support you every step of the way.

Select a schedule that works for your life:

 *Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.

Monday – Thursday: 

  • Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Pay: $18.50 per hour
  • Evenings: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am Pay $21.50 per hour

  • Ability to lift, move, push, or carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift
  • Comfort with repetitive physical movement including twisting, bending, and overhead or chestheight lifting
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
