Job Description

BMZ USA Inc. is growing, and we have openings for reliable and hard-working production employees to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY
Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies while keeping the customer in mind and ensuring high quality output.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assemble and test various lithium-ion battery configurations
  • Maintain clean and organized work area(s).
  • Maintain the highest quality of work and ensure the highest quality product is produced.
  • Offer suggestions for improvement
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks as advised by the Production Supervisor, Plant Manager, or the General Manager

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Able to read and follow work instructions
  • Knowledgeable in equipment maintenance/basic troubleshooting
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Able to think critically and make informed decisions

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift Hours- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, subject to change
Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be offered.
The noise levels in some manufacturing facilities frequently may exceed the normal dBA. Work conditions may include elevated noise levels requiring hearing protection. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to some mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock.
The employee may be required to wear safety glasses and possibly hearing protection, as well as proper grounding equipment to eliminate the chance of electro-static discharge.
