Your Impact
As an Assembler, you’ll build high-quality electrical components that power our end product. Your hands-on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure our products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably while directly supporting operational excellence and company growth.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Build product in the correct, timely and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on parts.
  • Learn about various types of building materials and technical terms to ensure future growth and knowledge.
  • Follow all job tracking procedures.
  • Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
  • Follow all company policies in accordance with Accelevation’s Employee Handbook.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
  • Preferred - 2-years experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment, preferably in an assembly role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • This role requires reading, writing, and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English.
  • Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
  • Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
