Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM-5:00 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed
Pay rate: $18.00

Position Summary
The Production Associate supports the manufacturing of door components by performing a variety of production, assembly, material handling, and housekeeping tasks. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with production operations, including sorting, stacking, assembly, and material handling.
• Support Machine Operators and learn machine operation processes.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Rotate between workstations as needed to support production goals.
Qualifications
• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Safety-toe shoes required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Frequent walking, bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
