  • Production Associate - 1st Shift
    Sparks, NV | Full-Time | $19/hr DOE
    Via Seating is hiring Production Associates for our 1st Shift team! If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends-this could be a great fit.
    Shift Schedule:
    Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
    Overtime on Fridays as needed
    Pay:
    Starting at $19.00/hour
    Higher starting pay possible depending on experience
    What You'll Do:
    • Build commercial seating products across multiple production areas
    • Work in cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery, and assembly
    • Follow standard work to ensure quality and efficiency
    • Rotate across skill areas and grow your capabilities over time
    • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
