Job Summary
The Team Lead makes sure that all team members have the required parts, materials, instructions, and required training to efficiently complete assigned work and meet production goals. Trains assemblers. Sets up stations and provides guidelines and instructions.
Essential Job Functions
• Set clear team goals & expectations.
• Oversee day to day team operation and performance.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Provide training/coaching to team members.
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Drive safety/ 5s
• Help with production as needed.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.

Knowledge
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • 2 years of experience in assembly manufacturing.
  • Ability to operate forklift and obtain a forklift operator license.
  • Experience using an ERP system such as Kronos.
  • 1 year of previous management role experience preferred.
