Job Description:A dedicated and motivated individual to join our production team as a Production Associate. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced production staff to ensure the efficient and timely completion of manufacturing tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.Pay: $20.27/hour Shift: Days, M-Th 6am-4pmAssist with various tasks on the production line, including but not limited to assembly, packaging, and quality control. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Operate machinery and equipment under the supervision of trained personnel. Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the team lead. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to production processes. Escalate safety & quality Incidents to Quality Assurance or Management Perform other duties as assignedJob Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.
