Job description

Pay Rate:$20+/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts available
Overtime: Required, including weekends as needed

Qualified Staffing is hiring Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality, teamwork, and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce parts according to standard work instructions and cycle times
  • Perform quality checks using gauges, SPC charting, and inspection tools
  • Complete assembly tasks while handling materials and dunnage within the work area
  • Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping, and basic equipment care
  • Identify simple equipment issues and reset machines as needed
  • Submit maintenance requests when necessary
  • Complete safety checks and routine production documentation
  • Perform error-proofing checks and assist with line teardowns
  • Accurately track production counts, quality data, and scrap
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist in training new team members as needed
