As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate and ethically-guided individual therapy sessions through video conferencing, ensuring a supportive and trusting environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must not have any disciplinary actions on their record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate and empathetic disposition.
• Strong computer literacy skills for efficient operation within our therapeutic platform.
