• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to each client, taking into account their personal goals and challenges.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic interventions suited to diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, using our secure electronic health record system.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.

While we require a solid foundation in mental health counseling, preference will be given to candidates who have experience with telehealth practices and digital collaboration tools.
