As a Residential Technician, you’ll help assemble residential ERV units that directly improve indoor air quality while supporting faster lead times and exceptional customer outcomes.


Optional Schedule

  • Four 10 hour days (Friday afternoons off!)
  • Five 8 hour days Monday – Friday

Starting at 19.95 an hour!

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As a Residential Technician, you’ll assemble ERV units and accessories with accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a safe, positive, and team-oriented production environment.

  • Assemble residential ERV units accurately and within established lead times
  • Inspect work to ensure quality standards and procedures are met
  • Use hand and light power tools safely and effectively
  • Apply job knowledge throughout the entire build process
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates
  • Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Be reliable, punctual, and fully engaged during scheduled work hours
