Starting hourly pay is up to $20.75+ with overtime opportunities
nVent is looking for entry level and skilled Assembly Operators on 2nd shift to join our team. In this role you will perform a variety of duties involved in assembly, packaging, and paint preparation.

Shift Hours:
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
What you will experience in this role:
The ideal candidate is skilled at using hand tools, focuses on safety and quality as a priority and has good English written and verbal communication skills. This position will work evenings Monday-Friday, with some Saturday overtime.
Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$14.80 - $27.50 Per Hour
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
