Are you experienced in cleanroom manufacturing, microscope inspection, or precision assembly? We are seeking a detail-oriented Coating Technician to join our innovative medical device production team. In this role, you will work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment operating coating equipment, assembling small medical components, and ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate medical coating machinery in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
  • Perform precision assembly of small wire-sized tubing and components.
  • Inspect products using a microscope to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Stage and prepare products for production processes.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and follow established procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Operating Practices (GOPs), ISO 9001 standards, and company SOPs.
  • Support general cleanroom operations and continuous quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical device manufacturing, cleanroom production, or related manufacturing environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
