General Warehouse Associate-Temp to Hire
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer of Metal in Huntley, IL, area, is seeking an Assembler to join their team! This climate-controlled facility offers a wide range of perks, such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
General Warehouse Associate
  • $18.50-$19.00
  • 7 am to 3:30 om Monday to Friday
  • Overtime and extended hours as required based on business needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Support warehouse and production operations across departments based on workflow needs
โ€ข Assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods โ€ข Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
โ€ข Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required; training/certification provided if applicable
โ€ข Perform assembly, material handling, and general production support tasks
โ€ข Read and follow work instructions, job orders, and company procedures โ€ข Monitor workflow and communicate delays, material shortages, or operational issues to leadership
โ€ข Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, production, and common areas
โ€ข Support inventory accuracy through proper handling, storage, and movement of materials
โ€ข Follow all safety policies, company procedures, and quality standards
โ€ข Maintain attendance, productivity, and adherence to established expectations
โ€ข Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and organizational objectives, consistent with the scope of this role
