Position: Packaging / Kit Assembly 

Wages offered:  $17.00 - $19.00

Location: Franklin Park, IL 

Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Our client is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging / Assembly Associates to join their manufacturing team in Franklin Park. In this role, you will assemble medical product kits, package finished products, and perform quality inspections within a clean, fast-paced environment that demands strict adherence to medical manufacturing standards.


Responsibilities

  • Assemble medical kits and products according to work instructions and production standards.
  • Package finished products into pouches, trays, cartons, or other designated packaging.
  • Verify correct components, quantities, labels, and lot numbers before packaging.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • Restock assembly materials and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Bend, reach, twist, and stoop throughout the workday.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
