Assembly Associate – Day Shift
Location: Macedon, NY | $16.50/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Looking for a steady Monday–Friday position with weekends off? Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Assembly Associates for a well-established manufacturing company in Macedon, NY. If you enjoy hands-on work, have excellent hand-eye coordination, and take pride in assembling quality products, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Cut lanyards and other materials to the required specifications.
  • Crimp or weld hardware onto finished products.
  • Attach clips, fasteners, and other components according to work instructions.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on experience preferred.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
