Production Assembler | Mechanical & Electrical AssemblyBuild Industry-Leading Car Wash Equipment and Grow Your Career

As a Production Assembler, you'll help build mechanical and electrical equipment from the ground up. You'll work with hand tools, power tools, wiring, blueprints, and assembly drawings to create high-quality products that make a real impact for customers. What You'll Do
  • Assemble car wash equipment including speed dryers, wash arms, pump stands, and related assemblies.
  • Install mechanical components such as hoses, fittings, brackets, hardware, and mounting systems.
  • Perform electrical assembly work, including panel wiring, wiring harness installation, and component connections.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and work orders.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other equipment to complete assemblies accurately.
  • Measure, fit, align, and secure components according to specifications.
  • Organize, stage, and kit materials to support efficient production flow.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Package and prepare finished products for testing, shipment, or final installation.
  • Support production, testing, shipping, and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, construction, maintenance, automotive, or another hands-on mechanical environment.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
  • Ability to follow assembly instructions, blueprints, diagrams, or work orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical assembly experience.
  • Electrical assembly or wiring experience.
  • Experience with control panels, wiring harnesses, or electrical components.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, or schematics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
