What You'll Do
  • Assemble motor components and finished products while meeting production goals
  • Ensure products meet all quality standards and specifications
  • Set up production and testing equipment as needed
  • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Operate material handling and production equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
  • Participate in employee training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Occasional overtime may be required

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
  • Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
