Assembly & Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

$18+/Hr Starting Pay | Overtime Available | Clean, Climate-Controlled Facility

Looking for a stable manufacturing job with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and room to learn new skills? We're hiring Assembly & Warehouse Associates to support production, material handling, and shipping operations in a clean, team-focused environment.

This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or general labor experience who enjoy staying active and working with their hands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble and fabricate products using hand tools, air-powered tools, and production equipment

• Operate saws, crimpers, pressure testers, and other assembly equipment

• Read measurements using tape measures and calipers

• Interpret blueprints and product drawings

• Package and prepare finished products for shipment

• Pull parts and kit materials for production orders

• Assist with inventory, cycle counting, and stock organization

• Enter production data using basic computer programs

• Work throughout multiple warehouse and production areas as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or general labor experience

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently

• Experience using hand tools

• Ability to read measurements accurately

• Comfortable being cross-trained in multiple departments

• Good attendance, reliability, and attention to detail

Schedule

• 2nd Shift

• Monday through Friday

• 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

• Overtime available from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM
