Job Location: Simi Valley, CA (This position is 100% onsite)

9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.

Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Overall Summary

Fully proficient support individual contributor. Works under limited supervision. May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.

Nature of Supervision

Works under limited supervision. Less detailed instructions are provided and minimal peer review is required.

Communication & Influence

Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement. May be a resource to other employees in areas of proficiency.

Education & Experience

Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

The ability to obtain a future Security Clearance could be required for the role. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, the salary range for this role is $46,000-86,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
