Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 2

You will help produce electromechanical products by performing routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks with attention to quality and safety. You will work on the first shift in an onsite manufacturing environment (M–Th | 5:00am–3:30pm), supporting production cells and collaborating with your immediate team and inspectors to meet output and quality targets.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations following company instructions and procedures
  • Conduct inspections of your own and other associates' work to ensure correctness against drawings and specifications
  • Apply process specifications, record production time and quantity data, and maintain production documentation
  • Perform simple welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and operate light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press)
  • Maintain work area according to guidelines and actively demonstrate all safety policies and procedures
  • Provide consistent, punctual attendance and be available for variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours as necessary
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 2+ years of relevant mechanical/electromechanical assembly experience
  • Demonstrated skill in mechanical assembly and wire harness assembly
  • Ability to read and understand prints, drawings, and company documents
  • Good manual dexterity for working with small parts and ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
  • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience; High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Problem-solving ability to recognize and resolve typical issues within own work area
