Starting Wage: $27.64 - $30.37 (+$2.30 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift)

Shift: Weekend Shift - 6:00am-6:30pm Friday-Sunday

2nd Shift - 4:48pm-3:18am Monday-Thursday

Location: Daikin Applied - Faribault South

Your Responsibilities:

  • Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complexcomponentparts

  • Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exteriorcomponentfit-up, and final assembly

  • Uses a computer for assembly drawings

  • Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station.

  • Performs 5S procedures

  • Takes part in the training process for all new team members

  • Provides inputregardingthe performance of new team members

  • Participates with other team members on safety,processand quality improvement teams

  • Works with team members,supervisorsand support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

  • The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment whilemaintainingproper PPE.

  • The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.

  • The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

  • High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
