To thrive as an Assembly Associate, you need strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent. These skills ensure efficient, accurate assembly work and contribute to overall production quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Mechanical & Light Assembly

  • Complete soldering tasks (wire soldering, small component soldering, rework as needed)
  • Follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and engineering guidance
  • Build, test, and package kits, subassemblies, and finished components
  • Maintain quality standards through visual inspection and functional checks
  • Support engineering with prototype builds or small assembly projects
  • Document work accurately and neatly

 Warehouse Support (as needed)

  • Assist with picking, packing, and staging customer orders
  • Help load/unload trucks and receive incoming shipments
  • Verify incoming product for accuracy, quality, and damage
  • Label, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and reinforce safe practices

General Responsibilities

  • Uphold quality control procedures and report issues promptly
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in assembly and warehouse processes
  • Work collaboratively with team members across departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production or Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or warehouse operations
  • Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and soldering
  • Ability to read basic drawings, work instructions, and part lists
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving company environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
