Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to support a variety of assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This position involves assembling components, following work instructions, using hand and power tools, and visually inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Candidates with electrical wiring experience and the ability to read electrical schematics are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and products according to written instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for assembly.
  • Read and follow work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and production procedures.
  • Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure completed work meets quality requirements.
  • Use electrical schematics and diagrams to assist with wiring and assembly tasks when required.
  • Maintain accurate, timely completion of assigned work while meeting production expectations.
  • Identify and resolve basic assembly issues and communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and safely operate equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to frequently stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Good hand dexterity and grip strength.
  • Proficient use of hand and power tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timely completion of work.
